There was no1 who can speak politely with new joining staff .. very rude behaviour, nd I was selected for quality inspector in interview bt when the day I joined the company I get to know that ,I hav to work as a sqc / checker .. how pathetic behaviour. Worse company I have ever experienced...

The Skill Development Department in Shahi is very worse to work. Worst culture and worst people I have ever seen. No KRA, No Culture, No Decesion Making Skills, No Leadership Skills, Toxic and Torturing Environment.

1. Company HR didn't gave respect anybody. They think the whole Shahi group is mine. 2. I didn't like food and behaviour of canteen labours. They provide a low quality food to labour and staff and high quality food provide only HR and higher post people. 3.

The work culture is very toxic. I am part of the Business intelligence team and have experienced a very toxic atmosphere. There are 2 seniors in our team, they keep all the information to themselves and when we make mistakes they point it out. The training is very bad, nobody gives you proper guidance. Very good concern with lot SOP's ,we cannot see any Export house which is having these regulations in work..Also company provides work guarantee for each and individual..

Higher officially are very selfish person and they dont understand about individual person performance and they do not promote in terms of promotion or appraisals .few person are having good talent and they don't get their pay equally and unable to speak to anybody and just passing their day to day activities to save and run their families..
