A great organisation in order to learn more about this field and enhance once experience. Also gives opportunity to be self responsible and motivated to work anywhere.

Dislikes

Company's growth in terms of making the place better to work for everybody is good but still needs to work alot on this on ground level... There are employees at every level who leaves a very bad impression among subordinates and hence to other people also. Team work ; leadership ; giving opportunity ; appraisals etc are need to beon priority in these type of organisation which is being taken care very seriously and with effort but still lacking alot. This should reviewed with respect to employees so that company will be able use it's resources ten on ten... that will help them also to give their 100 percent. Also one thing that is lacking which may be improffesional but many of eligible employee turnover is due to it's pay scale difference among teams.That must be updated with time like other organisations so that people will not switch just to get a hack in salary and then come back again with an actual raise which they get unfortunately....Read More
