The work culture is very toxic. I am part of the Business intelligence team and have experienced a very toxic atmosphere. There are 2 seniors in our team, they keep all the information to themselves and when we make mistakes they point it out. The training is very bad, nobody gives you proper guidance. This has been one of the worstwork culture that I have been a part of till now. There is no growth. Higher officially are very selfish person and they dont understand about individual person performance and they do not promote in terms of promotion or appraisals .few person are having good talent and they don't get their pay equally and unable to speak to anybody and just passing their day to day activities to save and run their families..
