Bad company culture. Lots of office politics, high pressure and no compensation/benefits even after performing well. Customer focused teams have the most pressure and others come and go as they like. Middle and senior mgmt harass associates and do micro management, making this insufferable.

Yearly hike and appraisals aren't fair. Inter-department communications could be communicated in better ways. Contract employees productivity is far better than Union employees which needs to be addressed.
