Saw the ad on apna app. Salary was supposed 40000 but after interview i was offered merely 10000. Still i joined. After starting i was not provided only i piece sample for a catalogue of multiple items. I placed orders but the company wanted payment upfront. Why would a customer buy something he cant see. It isn't oxygen. I thought I should build market for it, but in the end it all comes down to finances, i was not paid. You will get to learn a lot BTW on your own...Read More

Bosses don't provide executives with proper kit

Work Details

Had to put money out of my own pocket for fuel as sales is a field job. Let the salary go, what about fuel expenses. Should have been paid for that atleast

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
