The only thing I like about the company is they celebrate everyone's birthday. The one and only positive.

Dislikes

The company does not provide you any work satisfaction or the time for you to learn. They don't know anything about work-life balance. All Saturdays are a working day and they don't even consider your leave applications if you want to avail a leave of absence. A conjusted working environment where your working space is something in and around 2 feet. They don't give you any sorts of training and blame you if you don't do well that ultimately keeps the bar low for job security. They don't even give you the needed salary . The manager doesn't even value you as an individual. I had to work 10 hours straight in a day and if I am late even for a single day I lose half my salary.
