1. Alternate Saturday off and 35 yearly leaves. 2. Two times early or late coming for 2 hrs is acceptable. 3. Duty time 8.30 to 5.30 is fixed, no extra hrs working.

1. Quality manager has don't know what exactly happened in quality department or on shop floor. 2. Daily 2 to 3 hrs stand-up meeting in his cabin. He is seated on his chair and we both quality engineer stood for 2hrs. 3. One lady in planning department, but she thinks she knows everything like how to make drawings, quality inspection, quality assurance, purchase, store, logistics. Un professional behaviour. 4. One person in admin, he kept flowers in quality lab..bcoz company doesn't have big fridge...and AC is very good in quality lab. 5. Small pantry room is like mere gharka kitchen for everyone. 6. Only 2-3% salary increament even if you are good performer. 7. Favorite dish is anna ki idali, meduwada on sharp 10 am....Read More
