Opportunities at work are such that learning is Vast!! Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. The work environment is good, as people working with SecUR are great!!

SecUR is facing big-time salary issues. they are facing these issues from Oct 2018 and till date, it is not resolved. Due to this reason, a lot of employees have turned negative and are not left with any other option than to quit. They also hired a lot of employees and after realizing that their business is not growing, the company's management started sacking the employees from Associate to Manager level. Employee career is on the stake, as management sacks employee without any prior intimation, so no Job security. Career growth is slow....Read More

Some people doing hard work and not appreciated by manager and hr and they do not give hike to a person who work more they provide appreciation in terms of money to those who do nothing and making contact with each person and doing time pass and use there mobile phone full day they doing partiality alot . A big no to this company any hard working person because they don't deserve
