I never say about company is not good. (SDU name was very attractive.) There is no job security & no benifit for employees, unsatisfied appraisals, unsatisfied hike salary & every year bonus also.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The job is quite interesting and struggle but in the beginning as there was no formal training session.i learnt everything on the job

If anybody want to work in this organisation? Please don't go and don't spoil ur career, totally unprofessional management and work culture. They have not paid my salary and TADA ,even they are not able to give a F&F. totally worst satisfaction

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
