Ownership of tasks can sometimes mean taking on responsibilities that might otherwise be handled by a team. Client relationships sometimes impact project design, timelines, cost, and innovation. This can hinder design innovation, limit mentorship opportunities, and diminish the advocacy for design within the organization. Design reviews with Business Heads often feel more like critiques than constructive feedback, lacking clear guidance for future improvements.
