While there are many growth opportunities, work often extends beyond regular hours and occasionally into weekends, especially when project demands require extra support. Ownership of tasks can sometimes mean taking on responsibilities that might otherwise be handled by a team. Client relationships sometimes impact project design, timelines, cost, and innovation. Currently, the lack of a dedicated Head of Design presents challenges in driving innovation. Currently, ScreenRoot is lacking a Design Head to oversee the design process and ensure innovative outputs. The final decision-making authority currently resides with Business Heads. This can hinder design innovation, limit mentorship opportunities, and diminish the advocacy for design within the organization. Design reviews with Business Heads often feel more like critiques than constructive feedback, lacking clear guidance for future improvements. You get to push yourself in your respective roles in this company. Exposure to different industry clients keeps you on your toes and makes you keep yourself updated. Great learning opportunity to push yourself to improve in your roles. The team of designers is great and talented. You get to learn a lot about design practices and standards to be maintained.

Dislikes

Too much workload and pressure. Makes it difficult to have a work-life balance. Team bonding can be improved as limited activities are conducted. The project management team is small, which highlights the absence of a PMO
