Currently, ScreenRoot is lacking a Design Head to oversee the design process and ensure innovative outputs. The final decision-making authority currently resides with Business Heads. This can hinder design innovation, limit mentorship opportunities, and diminish the advocacy for design within the organization. Design reviews with Business Heads often feel more like critiques than constructive feedback, lacking clear guidance for future improvements.
