I really enjoyed working at my previous company because of the positive work environment and the supportive team. The company encouraged creativity and provided opportunities for growth, which helped me learn a lot and improve my skills. I also appreciated the collaborative spirit, where everyone worked together to achieve common goals. Overall, it was a place where I felt valued and motivated.

Dislikes

I appreciated many aspects, but there were a few things I found challenging. like, I felt that there could have been better communication and collaboration between teams, which sometimes made it difficult to complete projects efficiently. Additionally, I was looking for more opportunities to grow and learn new skills, but those opportunities were limited.
