It was fun and hard work ,but later due to unnessasary rules ,it made the environment worst such as ,even to take a casual leave we need to take team lead,manager and HR Permission, from my point of view it won't work all the time.

Need to have good rapport with the team by the team leader, because all the task will be done and the support needed from the team leader itself .If this is going well, staff will not definitely get disturbed.

Our organization is supporting the employees with work from home opprtunity but they are not providing salary for the work from home employees and our organization has been closed on march 19th 2020 untill now they did not opned the organisation since others are opened and taking the safety precautions.

Dislikes

Since all organization are opened there office and working with minimum employees with safety precautions but our organization is still not opening.
