Need to have good rapport with the team by the team leader, because all the task will be done and the support needed from the team leader itself .If this is going well, staff will not definitely get disturbed.

Our organization is supporting the employees with work from home opprtunity but they are not providing salary for the work from home employees and our organization has been closed on march 19th 2020 untill now they did not opned the organisation since others are opened and taking the safety precautions.

Since all organization are opened there office and working with minimum employees with safety precautions but our organization is still not opening.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
