Worst management filled with people who are inept and unethical, corrupt practices followed, ethics and values are daily football practicing tools

Dislikes

Incompetent Management , lack of vision, Business model is inept, strategy changers every 6 months, no clarity on Goals.

Work Details

Worst, for the first 6 months they were not even sure where they wanted to post an employee, highly inorganised, HR was the only Silver lining led by a great leader in the otherwise world of buffoons and monkeys

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
