The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning. My work - I've to go to my Sbi branch and tell walk-in customer about demat account and it's benifits and also for general insurance because of monthly target

Bad work environment and culture.Teammates are not supportive and the management is pathetic nobody care about executive equally growth. There is huge politics and corruption.
