I would love to share feedback specially to the Cluster Manager (Mr.Vipin Kumar)and Sales Manager (Gajendra Pratap) of Delhi/Haryana/Up Region... they are so good with their team and I really had such an amazing experience with sbicap securities...... Thank u everyone for given me that opportunity i learnt a lot of things from this company

Only thing which i don't like which is salary package otherwise their is nothing to dislike in this ompany

The behaviour of Senior manager,the way they talk to their team member.They want only the benefits of the company but not want to work for the company.They only look for their benefits not the team members.Very worst team I have ever seen.Also they will take money from employee if he is not working or serving notice period.

forced to work overtime. call centre atmosphere and seniors will tell you to work overtime after a few weeks. Almost everyone is leaving the company. cold calls all day.

Nothing good. RM is constantly making pressure to open demat a/c. Irrespective of customer interest. To speaking a lie to customer is not good for good workers. Leave the organisation is better option. Mental pressure is going on from 9:45 to 6:30pm. Reality of corporate jobs. Anyways this was my first jobin my life based on my qualifications.
