not good package. expectations are very high if you will achive your targets than also, sr dsm thinks like junior staff foolish:- abuses me, no support, seniors can say anything but they are not ready to listen you , i was in agency channel in sales in chandigarh location, paying small salary giving instructions like show your profile you are earning more, with small salary expectations are :- do the party with advisors, drink with them and do more expenses from your salary. forgot your family...Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
