Salary is credited on time. Office ambience is good

Dislikes

There is no work life balance in the company. There is huge salary gap in sales and operations. Work load is unevenly distributed between male and female employees. There is overtime on regular basis and male employees are forced to work overtime and times cooercive language is used. KRA is not properly set and you don't know on which basis you will be rated. Reporting manager is free to use any misappropriate language and HR manager completely support any misdeeds of managers and does every best to supress your complaint....Read More
