Everything else. Pressure is worst, there are five partners in the bank and The AM won't admit the competition in the branch with very low customers even if he/she is sitting in the same branch. Just pressure pressure pressure and more pressure

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
