Very good policy, good Behaviour from all senior Management.

I am working from last 8 year but my salary is very low. If someone working is in other companies and they switched from there to here they are getting good CTC. If you are working in good location and if your assign branch and branch manager is good so you can get promotion but if you not working in good location or your assign branch is not good it's very deficit to get promotion.

Some days in the month your immediate boss call you where ever he sit ,And after all day you are working and Running to achieve your target he will call there according to set his narrative while people are going to home after finish his work and you would go there where your boss has sited,then he will make you huge pressure on youand will give that kind of dhamki ki kal itna nhi hua to roj evng mai yha bulaunga aur late yha se aapko jana hoga kyunki aapko wha tab tak rehna hota hai jab tak aapka boss aapko wha roke rkhe and after his time pass with you he suddenly leave office without telling you to go but it’s totally depend on your bosses.huge business pressure un achievable targets jisse aapka promotion hoga hi nhi people like me spoiled the career sirf ye soch ke ki Iss bar promotion hojayega.wha sirf unka hi promotion ho sakta hai jo unka khas hota hai unko branches v waise hi set kar ke Di jati hai....Read More

Only job security is there, but no other factor.

Start rehiring first, than reduces the pressure of employees, give them increments on every year, i haven't received any incriment in 5 years, i was joined on same package and lives company on same package, my only reason on leaving company is 0 % incriment in 5 years.

And anyone can become life insurance agent to all companies through renewbuy company the agent of renewbuy can sell life, health , general , motor etc every insurance companies

You will get promotion norms in January in sbi life . Company should re-think about this as promotion norms should be uploaded in the starting of the financial years and promotion should be given to hard working employees

Some of good manager have also there who teach me about the corporate life style and some of good colleagues I have find whom I never forget.

They told me the office timings is 8 hour but actually we are working there 12 hours plus daily. 2nd and 3rd Saturday are officially holiday but they are not given. Always have a extra jobs on that's days which is ridiculous. And some manager are doing fraud the money which is company paid for employees happiness they are kept for themselves. If you have the superior support then any stupid things you can do what you want that's the worst thing.
