Team work. I would like to thank all the team members who help me when my father admitted at hospital during March 2022. Without any disturbance all my team completed the file allocated to me. So feel like home.
Dislikes
To grow in career or life we should get Training time to time which employee in Operation dept are not getting. Team management, some workshop activity like stress relief and Interactive session etc and much more. During Covid it was not possible but now I feel we should do some kind of activities for Operation Dept.
Work Details
Every day is learning. Since last 6yrs of working experience in SBIG I got chance to work with some many people. I am thankful that from each and every team I got some kind of knowledge. And I do enjoy my work whatever assigned to me.
