I enjoyed my 5 year tenure working at Sayre therapeutics. I have joined as an assistant manager and promoted twice and given multiple responsibilities in the last 5 years, which means, there will be a growth, if you are performing. I saw lot of people commenting on salary and culture, but I don't agree as lot of startups fired people due to heavy losses during covid, but I can confidently say that Sayre didn't fire a single employee during this period. There are Salary cuts, but I can understand the situation considering Covid and other factors. Nothing to like as there is no proper system in the organisation. No work culture, CEO is always short tempered person and shouting at employees and demotivating person. You will definitely commit suicide if you work with him.
