Company is in growing stage.lot of politics.no facilities for employee.few managers over there are very terrible, egoistic.no appreciation.no value to employee.they change policy whenever they want and don't even inform to their employees.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Less pay scale . Lack of facilities. No transparency in few of the policies.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
