Amiantit by means of an organization system procedures is a very good company.

Dislikes

Raceism between Local & Expatriate Employees.Due to CEO and Directors and the Board members Majority Local employee are been promoted frequently however very few cases had been seen for an expatriate non arab to got peomoted or get a good salary raise. Amiantit pay scales are not market competative.However the office building and Head Office location.is good .

Work Details

Working in Amiantit is fun since the organization had adopted and implemented SAP. There is good paper less enviroment which enable each induvidual to even grab their vaccations salary slip any time and much more.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
