when i was selected for admin, HR told me that I handled 1 state but after 3 months they told me 2 states but they don't increase my salary. so this salary i try to handle 2 states there was so much travel between 2 states. several times i discussed with my seniors that kindly hire a new staff for Assam but they ignore me all time. i don't give time to family every Sunday and also work. no one can help in your work. overall experience to this company is very bad. i think if any one join to this company think several times....Read More

1) Culture: IF we speak about any company, culture is the most important at any organisation but at satya its totally poor work culture, if culture is good we can work for longer period or else we will exit by 1/2 month with bad work culture. 2)Management: Management is totally worst at satya, they dont even know what they are doingfull of confusions, not up to the mark/not so much standard here. changing the salary structure monthly once & Incentive structure is almost faking the employees, getting very less salary. 3)Operation departments are ruling the enitre satya, they are the real owners of satya, they are speaking like this is my comapany, my rules. 4) Senior Manager are the worst part here, if we do any small mistake, they will transfer you to another location far away, even though if we ask 1000 times apologies. to satisfy there ego they transfer the employees to another location, it affects personal life. 5) Operation team senior managers HOLDS Employees salary if we not achive targets. who gave authority to hold salary, this affects our personal life and commitments at month end if they hold salary totally worst people, dont have curtacy on employees. 6) Even if u work hard and achive targets they dont even appreciate/ 7)Salary is less work is more not satisfied, 8) Process is too lenghty, you will become mental if u work here with this kind of managers. 9) Some times even u have to work on holidays. due to business pressure. 10) All other organistaions celebrate their region wise festivals at office. at satya no celebrations/gifts to employess. 11) At joining time they welcome you saying that welcome to satya family, but this kind of torchure to family member is not so good....Read More

Nothing is to share about company. It ll be a great choice if u r joining but don't go for operation department until the supervisors are changed otherwise u ll have to forget about the self respect .

Operation department I never felt working at a corporate sector. Supervisors need to be replaced. They don't know manners of speaking and behave like illiterate. If employees working under them then absolutely it is due to financial issues only. If each and every employee will be satisfied with their work then company will achieve more and more.

1) Salary is decent enough. 2) If you're a lazy person, who has no aspirations from his/her career. You're looking at the best job in the market. Most of the times you'll just sit alone in office, DOING JUST NOTHING. 3) Dormitory available for stay. 4) Even a 6th pass can do this job. It requires no intensive skill, or thinking capabilities.

Dislikes

1) No time for family and self. You'll be working 7am to 11pm or maybe even later depending on the situation. Try complaining to the higher ups and you'll recieve a hard word commenting that it's ok and you'll have to endure it anyways. At some point, you'll start questioning yourself if the salary paid for such long hours is worth it. 2) Working on sundays is quite normal in this company. And on top of that, the amount of holidays you'll get is a FEW! I personally was told to come office even when sick, and take sick leaves only when my wife or mother is sick. What kind of twisted mentality is that!?... 3) Pressure is JUST IMMENSE..Be prepared for it mentally. No matter if your job is a desk job. You'll find yourself hearing taunts from clients, from higher ups, your manager for petty reasons or maybe things which didn't happen because of you. 4) Any mess up in stock count will be blamed on you. No matter if it's the doing of other. 5) Holidays for personal reasons are outright rejected by BM/RM unless stated otherwise in a detailed fashion. 6) You'll soon find yourself doing tasks which were not mentioned in your job description but you'll still have to do it anyways. 7) You'll be posted hundreds of kilometres far away so you don't have the option to go home often and keep grinding in the job even on Sundays. 8) No SKILL DEVELOPMENT. You'll have a really hard time explaining what you did in this role to your next company. Because all you'll do is count stock, check register for signature and check mails. It is not NBFC-MFI company but, political hub, operations team is over ruling all the departments, there is no process and policy if it comes to business, poor work life balance, company wants you to work 24/7and even on Sundays.
