It's a good company to work and will have lot of freedom and they're always open to ideas and decisions we take from the associate end too.

Dislikes

The management sometimes don't understand the hard work you do especially with the sales team. They have no idea about digital marketing and are least bothered about the sales but need money from sales. Expect for sales team you can work in any department of the company

Small suggestion is that the Documentation, control over the development request needs to be focused further.
