Sponsorship and Partner Outreach

• Research and identify potential sponsors (corporates, local businesses, and

community organizations).

• Draft and share sponsorship proposals to secure funding and in-kind support

for the event.

• Build and maintain relationships with sponsors and partners.

2. Runner Engagement and Registration

• Promote the Sankalp Suraksha Run to different target groups including gated

communities, schools, colleges, corporates, and through personal networks

(family and friends).

• Assist in setting up and managing runner registration drives (both online and

offline).

• Provide information to potential runners about the purpose, details, and

benefits of participating in the run.

• Track and report on registration progress and actively work to increase runner

participation.

3. Community Outreach

• Engage with local communities (starting from your own apartment or

community) to raise awareness and encourage registrations.

• Reach out to schools, colleges, and corporate offices to share event details and

encourage group participation.

• Assist in setting up informational sessions and booths at key locations to

attract more participants.

4. Event Promotion

• Assist in creating promotional materials (flyers, posters, social media content)

to share across platforms.

• Support the marketing team in spreading the word through social media, local

newsletters, and community channels.

5. Administrative Support

• Track outreach efforts, sponsor communication, and registrations in an

organized manner.

• Ensure that event details and communications are updated and accurate in all

records.

• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly convey information and engage

with a diverse audience.

• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and meet

deadlines.

• Team Player: Comfortable working collaboratively with a diverse group of

volunteers and stakeholders.

• Proactive and Self-motivated: Ability to take initiative and work independently.

• Social Media Savvy: Familiarity with using social media platforms for promotion

and engagement is a plus.

• Event Planning Enthusiast: Previous experience in event management or

community outreach is an advantage.
