I have been working in Sasken Pune since last three years. Very good company for freshers.During covid there is no salary cut for project as well as bench guys. But there is no salary increment this year. Work environment is good. Job security is also very good.

Dislikes

There is a bond of 3 years before which you can not resign. No good hike for the senior engineer. There is no fix work.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Likes

100% job security . If you are on bench for 2 years then also they will not fire you. They will invest on your learning. Work is environment is very nice. You will get a chance to work on different domains and new technologies. People at Sasken Pune are very kind and helpful.

Dislikes

Freshers don't join if you have other options because it has 3 years of bond 5 lakh as bond breakage amount. There is only one disadvantage is lack of good projects. They need to work on the projects in automotive domain. People are on bench for long time but they are getting learning through some internal projects. But client exposure is required.
