Job security. I saw many employees on bench more than 3 months. So if your first criteria is job security then I will highly recommend sasken.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Compensation and salary hike. Not expect salary hike and compensation. 3 years bond is too long for fresher and they will take full advantage of bond.

Not exciting for sure. You won't learn much. You will do boring stuff.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
