The work culture of the organization is very unprofessional. They prefer whatsaap instead of mail communication with customer. No security for your job at any moment without any notice you can be terminated or the salary and expenses will be hold. No reporting system only google map location sharing and company details sharing on whatsaap for reporting. There's no HR policy for the organization. Dislikes

There is a lot of internal politics in this organization. Language of management staffs are very indecent. Salary is ok but not given on time. They don't give any salary slips to any of the employees. Accountant handles all the HR related works and HR only checks the attendance. Nepotism is more in this organization. They don't share the price details as well as the technical details of the products with the sales staffs and for everything you have dependant on director. There no career growth at all....Read More

Work Details

There is no better life at this organization. Company situated on very remote location where you will not get anything like food, medicine or any thing in near by location. No transportation available after 7.30pm. Very unsafe area for working
