I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. I have worked for 9years and 5months the only concern which I don’t not like is salary hike, even though I was in out standing performance. I was getting a single digit hike. I believe next time if I try I select a new department and start my career.
