Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, and this is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time. I have received many awards as the best performer but at the time of appraisal I'm unnoticed.

My work is a little risky one as I'm responsible for the payments of vendors and maintain accuracy in my work. It is actually quite interesting role where I need to concentrate on my work and take accurate decisions of payments of the vendors.
