The owner of this company was a good leader and I have learnt many things from him. This job has increased the skill of editing and proof reading. I have met many honourable persons through this job who have enhanced my knowledge. The system of payment such as timing of salary, bonus etc was very good.

Some of the employee were of very poor culture that I dislike the most. The distance of the office from my home was too much which has wasted a lot of time. Salary growth was not good and I was not satisfied by the salary

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
