Absolutely Nothing!! The website is going south for many years now. There are bunch of so called senior employees of the company think that they are above every other employee. Site doesn't make money, owner pays salary from his own pocket that too very late, sometimes on 18-19th of the month, new employees suffer due to this, but the old ones are ok with this, those guys dont even try for another job as they know they can't get a job anywhere else. They betray hardworking employees by complaining about them to the boss behind their backs to harm their image. The biggest joker is the content editor, a stupid beyond description, his wife who also worked at the company at a time is so "SadakChhap" she used to shout at people in the office like its her home or machhi bazaar.
