I really appreciate the work-life balance at Sankey Solutions because the work pressure is low. My colleagues are great, and the campus is clean and well-kept. Also, salaries are always paid on time and match industry standards.

Dislikes

Customers sometimes have unrealistic expectations or conflicting ideas, which are challenging to handle. the requirement to work on Saturdays or the possibility of a 6-day workweek can be demanding, leaving limited time for personal activities and rest.

No work life balance Zero job security, They hire people in batches of 20-30 and remove 98% of them within 15 days. They will never get satisfied with your work. They find apportunity to remove you and blame you for everything. They don't have projects for their company.
