Politics..... only those who touch the feet are promoted and deserving employees are abused and thrown out.Principal is bias and she has ruined many people's life,the management just keeps faith in her blindly and so she plays with the life of other people. She will promise u something else and give u something else. It is a trap so dnt ever fall into this.

It's really pathetic experience instead of working with this institute better to be unemployed You must be a slave to survive in this institute anytime you will be fired with any silly reason No respect for teachers from students and management humiliates the teachers in front of students Beyond infrastructure there's is nothing

I request Mr. Sanjay godawat the founder of the institute to be aware of how teachers are getting treated and how the people in higher management behavior with employees I suggest you to fire that old lady director principal who is not actually worthy enough for the position to save the teachers. She might be good in managing up to school level but completely dumb in managing high school

Worked there one-year. Nice infrastructure and green campuz created by a visionary business man. Class rooms environment extremely indiciplined. No way to control. However good , accommodation food and basic medical facilities. Working time was 7.50am to 5.30pm. no job security. Everyweek vice principal takes feed back from students so they managing teachers. No more comments as parents may evaluate their children's language and behaviour. Teachers replacing was happening every month as coming n going ............Read More

Nothing is good in SGI school. Total business school. no job security.

Nothing is like in this school. No respect for employee. Old principal is stupid mind person. She is totally mad lady. She is showing circus per day to employees and parents. I think her age is over . i did job in this school but i did not get that pay charge. I am very disappointed because of that lady behaviour. How fool she is she always showing to his employee.

Well maintained infrastructure , management has a vision for improvement . But will only be able to implement once they change the leadership .

Dislikes

Poor leadership with limited knowledge and autocratic work style . Rather than good work people who praise the institutions head for all her wrong doings are appreciated . The focus of the leader is only on increasing numbers and not refining quality . This can been see in overall culture of the place. The for us is on donkey labour and not smart work . The leader of institution doesn’t have any family life so keeps sitting in her office till late and keeping others also around for extended hours when work can be completed will in time .
