This school has one of the worst working environments for teachers. There is no proper HR policy, and even government holidays are working days and Sunday also. Teachers are forced to attend unnecessary meetings that have no proper planning, wasting our time while adding to an already excessive workload. The working hours are horrible 8- 5.30. and sometimes even longer due to random meetings . Teachers are treated with no respect, demotivation and management only cares about money. Students especially hostel students, are overburdened with extra study hours, leaving them with no time to develop interest or passion for subjects- which completely goes against the cambridge carriculam. The food quality is terrible, and teachers are exhausted with excessive workload. The school hides critical information from the new hires, such as extra working hours, salary deduction ls for electricity staff club and localmart.. these hidden policies are unethical and misleading. Any good teacher who joins soon realizes the reality and leaves. The school has some amazing teachers , but they are being driven away due to poor management and unfair policies. If the management truly cares about the school's future, they must step in, take action, and create policies that respect both teachers and students. another major issue is the culture of favortism and blind obedience expected by the Principal. instead of focusing on improving the school, there is an environment where pleasing the principal matters more than actual work or student progress. Teachers who question unfair policies or suggest improvemnts are ignored or sidelined , while those who engage in constant flattery and footwork are favored. As Teacher, do not step into this institution.There is no work life balance. They make you work post school hours for boarding school and even on Sundays you are expected to work. It's a terrible place to work and there is no job security. Daily one or the other teachers keep dropping as the management is really poor
