The company has very good working culture and environment, Working hours are very favorable and Job security is a key point. During the pandemic when everyone was facing layoff, we had great appraisal and certain bonuses. The R&R which is held quarterly helps in improving and trying to better at our work. During the current crisis many organisations are unable to pay their employees in a timely manner but the pandemic hasn't had such an effect on Sandhata as the organisation has been diligently paying its employees on time. Also there has been a constant flow of projects which has kept us highly engaged.
