No like for such a worst company

They make employees fool by adding bonus money in their salaries but actually they deduct the amount from employees salary and give that money back to the employee after every three months by doing some more deduction from that bonus too. Work culture is also very poor and no facilities are given to the employee and so unhygienic place is that . Perfect example for Nepotism. They usually hire each others' relatives. Poor management level. Way of talking of senior managers are very poor totally unprofessional and illogical facts given by them.

I am here for more than 7 months and did not get any specfic reason of dislike however if the organisation will work on 5 days basis in comparison to alternate saturdays it will be more convenient to employees.

Nothing as much, it's the worsed place I have ever worked. You can't use your phone need to lock in locker before starting work. If you found using mobile they'll deduct your salary. Also when it comes to salary part they have there own useless retention scheme where they auto deduct X % from your salary and say it will be paid after 1 year. I mean what kind of policy is this also when it comes to office timings you need to be there at sharo 10 but yours senior force you to work beyond 9 hours....Read More
