DON’T SPOIL YOUR CARRIER Hello Everyone interested in reading this review, Thank you for taking out your valuable time in spending an important moment of your life reading my review. Well to start with I joined this company a year ago in the customer service department it was so mesmerizing initially and the assurance I got from the management sounded promising, However, here comes the twist. The experience was like a politician’s promise before getting elected in any election. You need to keep on chasing the management for basic things, Owner The owner of this company may look very calm and organized with the assurance he gives that anything that you discuss with him will remain between both parties, Surprise… that’s not the case, whatever you discuss with him will be shared with other employees for his defense when required and he will play safe. This is the first-ever company I came across that does not read or respond to the official emails sent by the employees regarding their work or any updates rather they provoke you to communicate verbally or through WhatsApp. The attendance is marked on a shared excel sheet which the owner smartly edits when it comes to the payout of the last working month's salary. HR HR in this company is known to be working in this profile with Samvadsocial for a very long time I believe 3+ years however if you ask the HR any question which is related to any company policies etc. Either you will get a smile from HR or a generic answer I will get back to you after discussing it with the owner. You will have to get in touch with HR every month to get your salary slips and claim your overtime amount. Salary gets credited on the 7th of each month and sometimes gets delayed. Support The team actively has 4 members in India team 2 in the Philippines and the controllers in the US. Qualit<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">y and Team leaders are in the Philippines now without saying anything you might have already guessed how the quality would be. With a</mark> newly appointed in-house team leader who struggles miserably in writing a basic email to a client is going to manage the team. SUPPORT team GOD SAVE YOU Technical Department My suggestion is to STAY AWAY from the decision-makers in the department. If you interact with other department members they feel threatened and with the privileges of the management members, they can spoil your carrier. Most of them are very good but some specific over smart and overpowering ones who want to take control of the entire system are the ones who are in pain in the wrong place. Final verdict My fellow mates if you are looking to learn and grow in your carrier please do not join this company in their support department be it the development department or be it the graphics department. This company has a history of back bitching employees who leave or are thrown out of the company without knowing the facts. Things are not taken professionally here most of the decisions are on a personal level. Policies related to deductions and work from home are different for everyone and when questioned they do not have an answer. If you accidentally or because of your situation get into this company and you want to grow the key trick is to be the managements pet don't go against them brown them with your overwhelming words for them and your growth is for sure. Hello All, I have never come across such mismanaged organization ever in my entire carrier, If you want to curse yourself and destroy your carrier be my guest and join this company. The existing and glued to the management employees are a rare breed of species that knows exactly how to make th em wet and get fixed</mark>. They will go to any extent to pin you down and spoil your image. I didn't have a handsome exit from this esteemed company as it was a shocker for me when I went for my shift and I was asked to leave without any reason yet not shared with me till date from the management for my termination moreover after multiple follow-up's with the so-called legacy HR in the company who was literally on the verge to cry when I asked for an explanation has consistently failed to give a satisfactory answer for my exit, On the contrary, the HR had enough guts to send me FORM16 recently. I do not want this company's name or any employee of this company ever cross my path or anywhere near me and I don't want any communication from this gossip center (DONT WANT TO HONOR THIS PLACE BY SAYING COMPANY OR ORGANIZATION) All the best to the new once save yourself from a carrier crisis. They have come up with an amazing initiative called food dosti which is an application. The management is very socio-growth oriented, they tend to make the very use of their app for a great cause. They even treat the team as a family with their personal attachment.

Dislikes

Since it's a start up, the pay was low.But I enjoyed working with them.

Work Details

Initially it was exciting as an intern. Later, the editor shifted to another job, so it got really hectic for me to handle the entire editorial alone. They were supportive though.
