Samvad Social is a Tech Company & that provides Web development services and also has many clients. And they proper team of web development. But if I talk about digital marketing they don't have teams and clients also only they have in-house work, so that is a con for Digital Marketer who is working over there. Because there is no chance to learn more things for beginners.

...tes rather they provoke you to communicate verbally or through WhatsApp. The attendance is marked on a shared excel sheet which the owner smartly edits when it comes to the payout of the last working month's salary. HR HR in this company is known to be working in this profile with Samvadsocial for a very long time I believe 3+ years however if you ask the HR any question which is related to any company policies etc. Either you will get a smile from HR or a generic answer I will get back to you after discussing it with the owner. You will have to get in touch with HR every month to get your salary slips and claim your overtime amount. Salary gets credited on the 7th of each month and sometimes gets delayed. Support The team actively has 4 members in India team 2 in the Philippines and the controllers in the US. Quality and Team leaders are in the Philippines now without saying anything you might have already guessed how the quality would be. With a newly appointed in-house team leader who struggles miserably in writing a basic email to a client is going to manage the team. SUPPORT team GOD SAVE YOU Technical Department My suggestion is to STAY AWAY from the decision-makers in the department. If you interact with other department members they feel threatened and with the privileges of the management members, they can spoil your carrier. Most of them are very good but some specific over smart and overpowering ones who want to take control of the entire system are the ones who are in pain in the wrong place. Final verdict My fellow mates if you are looking to learn and grow in your carrier please do not join this company in their support department be it the development department or be it the graphics department. This company has a history of back bitching employees who leave or are thrown out of the company without knowing the facts. Things are not taken professionally here most of the decisions are on a personal level. Policies related to deductions and work from home are different for everyone and when questioned they do not have an answer. If you accidentally or because of your situation get into this company and you want to grow the key trick is to be the managements pet don't go against them brown them with your overwhelming words for them and your growth is for sure. DO NOT SPOIL YOUR CV ALL THE BEST EVERYONE WITH YOUR HAPPY AND GROWING CARRIER

They have come up with an amazing initiative called food dosti which is an application. The management is very socio-growth oriented, they tend to make the very use of their app for a great cause. They even treat the team as a family with their personal attachment.
