Hi am a digital marketer & have been working in the Digital Marketing field from the last 1 year. I have worked at Samvad Social for 4 months and it was a nice experience. I worked there as a Digital Marketing Assistant. I like their Salary duration, they gave us a salary before date 6 means in the start of the month.

Dislikes

Samvad Social is a Tech Company & that provides Web development services and also has many clients. And they proper team of web development. But if I talk about digital marketing they don't have teams and clients also only they have in-house work, so that is a con for Digital Marketer who is working over there. Because there is no chance to learn more things for beginners.

Love the management here. Supportive and always there to guide you. Always willing to help you whenever required. The entire team, be it the Management, Admin Team , Finance, IT dept - All are very approachable and that makes it a way apart from other companies out there. Very employee centric.

Nothing to dislike about the company yet and pretty sure there will be no regrets even later !!!! It's a Brilliant organisation to work with.. and I'm sure it will continue to grow helping employees to grow along with them :)

Boss is technical person and always lead from front so great support in work and paradise for learners. Still follows the Agile development model for projects due to which , faced challenges while working on project such as Lack of predictability, Scope creep, Dependency on team collaboration, Documentation challenge. WFH is not possible option here

DON’T SPOIL YOUR CARRIER Hello Everyone interested in reading this review, Thank you for taking out your valuable time in spending an important moment of your life reading my review. Well to start with I joined this company a year ago in the customer service department it was so mesmerizing initially and the assurance I got from themanagement sounded promising, However, here comes the twist. The experience was like a politician’s promise before getting elected in any election. You need to keep on chasing the management for basic things, Owner The owner of this company may look very calm and organized with the assurance he gives that anything that you discuss with him will remain between both parties, Surprise… that’s not the case, whatever you discuss with him will be shared with other employees for his defense when required and he will play safe. This is the first-ever company I came across that does not read or respond to the official emails sent by the employees regarding their work or any updates rather they provoke you to communicate verbally or through WhatsApp. The attendance is marked on a shared excel sheet which the owner smartly edits when it comes to the payout of the last working month's salary. HR HR in this company is known to be working in this profile with Samvadsocial for a very long time I believe 3+ years however if you ask the HR any question which is related to any company policies etc. Either you will get a smile from HR or a generic answer I will get back to you after discussing it with the owner. You will have to get in touch with HR every month to get your salary slips and claim your overtime amount. Salary gets credited on the 7th of each month and sometimes gets delayed. Support The team actively has 4 members in India team 2 in the Philippines and the controllers in the US. Quality and Team leaders are in the Philippines now without saying anything you might have already guessed how the quality would be. With a newly appointed in-house team leader who struggles miserably in writing a basic email to a client is going to manage the team. SUPPORT team GOD SAVE YOU Technical Department My suggestion is to STAY AWAY from the decision-makers in the department. If you interact with other department members they feel threatened and with the privileges of the management members, they can spoil your carrier. Most of them are very good but some specific over smart and overpowering ones who want to take control of the entire system are the ones who are in pain in the wrong place. Final verdict My fellow mates if you are looking to learn and grow in your carrier please do not join this company in their support department be it the development department or be it the graphics department. This company has a history of back bitching employees who leave or are thrown out of the company without knowing the facts. Things are not taken professionally here most of the decisions are on a personal level. Policies related to deductions and work from home are different for everyone and when questioned they do not have an answer. If you accidentally or because of your situation get into this company and you want to grow the key trick is to be the managements pet don't go against them brown them with your overwhelming words for them and your growth is for sure. I have joined this organization as an intern and started learning new technologies and within few months of joining i have successfully delivered some of the task assigned to me that build my confidence level. The office environment is very friendly and open to take suggestions/feedback. Provided with multiple facilities like PF, health insurance etc.. Salary on time

Overall a Good Company to work with , has all the Job security stuff like all companies have which is PF, Personal Insurance and a decent Salary Package Saturday and Sunday fixed off ( YES YOU READ IT RIGHT) Small yes but a good company which is growing ( isn't that how all big companies have gone through ), has a good Management team right from HR to the Owner of the Company

Great company to work with. I have been working with SamvadSocial from last 2 years. In terms of learning you get very good exposure of various leading technologies. Being small organisation you get experience of end to end product development and deployment. If you want to learn and grow then it is a very good company to work with.

The job is very interesting. I have started as software engineer and then got promotion as senior software engineer and team lead. I am learning everything on the job.
