Genuine Review of This Company I strongly advise against joining this company due to its extremely toxic work culture Poor management and work life balance. Strict rules for every little things. Here's why: Excessive Working Hours: Despite being labeled as a hybrid work environment, emp loyees are often called to the office every day due to project dependencies. While the official work hours are 9 hours, the reality is you’ll be working 12-13 hours on average, including weekends. During release periods, this can escalate to 15-17 hours per day without any extra pay or compensatory time off. Lack of Concern for Employee Health: The management shows little to no concern for employees' health. Even when dealing with medical conditions, they expect you to continue working. For example, I once took a half-day sick leave due to a fever, only to be told by the Project Lead (PL) that I must connect and work from home. Toxic Senior Management: Senior employees often display a lack of respect toward juniors, offering no support and creating a mentally taxing environment. The constant pressure leads to resignations, often under duress. Authoritarian Leadership: Managers and Project Leads frequently engage in excessive flattery towards the Korean Managing Director (MD), who treats employees like subordinates. Public meetings often involve verbal abuse and unnecessary shouting, creating a hostile work environment. Unrealistic Expectations & High-Level Politics: The company demands that tasks be completed within impossible timeframes. Failure to meet these deadlines results in scolding and public humiliation. PL don't have knowledge about tech stack he just know how to scold you and make your fun in from of whole team. After one years most of the people is leave from this company because of extremely toxicity. Work life balance, and work is less. You get free time to learn and work on new things also you can learn and involve in new implementation with permission.

Dislikes

Culture is fine not bad, Need to take permission for many things, example access to internet and more. More confined work who are asked to work only in your domain no support for exploration in new domain.

The organization is strictly not recommended to join. -> 9 hours you need to be in office, whatever happens, company will not take care. -> If coming late after 10 am, 3 times a month, considered as half-day -> No Internet. -> The company is not aware of Work-life balance. -> 3 Days WFO - 27 hours compulsory, 2 days WFH - 18 hours compulsory, even 1 min shortage will be considered half day. -> No proper methodology of Work, No new technology. -> No Proper way for Appraisal. -> When WFH you need to log in for 9 hours, or else half day leave. -> Korean managers and HR's walk throughout the office to check who is doing what, as no internet so people will search on phone, and they will say that people are doing nothing. -> The Korean Manager (non-technical guy) will be taking projects and will give guidance to developers about taking technology and how to proceed, if you provide them suggestions then be ready for abuse. -> Whatever 5-star or 4-star rating is seen in the portal is done by PMs and PL's in front of the high command. -> You can't spend more than 5 mins in cafeteria (except lunch time) else ready for getting an escalation. -> Infrastructure - The Washroom is very small, need to wait for a few mins until it gets unoccupied. -> Lack Of trust between Managers and employees, They will never trust employees. -> PM's, PL's are superb in committing unrealistic deadlines before their managers and then the employees will get stress. Often seen working very late in the night. No appreciation. -> There is no call facility in their own Teams collaboration application. -> Expert in Micro-Management. -> Often seen putting people in PIP(Performance Improvement Plan) and putting pressure on the employee to end up leaving the organization....Read More
