It was overall great experience, sometimes hire management from Head quarter Korea takes a lot of time in planning due to which India employees remain idle without work and have nothing much to showcase in appraisal and it hampers the growth of employees.

Its was overall good with few drawbacks like 9 hours compulsory each day working in this MNC. Communication drawbacks with Korean counterparts in English hence causes sometimes issues and unclear understanding of requirements to be developed in software or many iterative discussions.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day?
