If you are hard working intelligent person & loyal to the company then Samsung will search you from anywhere to re-employ you for any other related projects. It's a global country and thus treat the all people equally except Korean as they have some different treatment. The company well adopt the safety, security and quality and encourage the people to adopt it and thus employees have an excellent job satisfaction. Dislikes

Working culture is good but work pressure is very high due to that it's required to work even 12-14 hours daily and even sometimes on holidays. Work performance evaluation is not as expected and thus no increment. Construction people have upper hand and always in hurry to finish a work without proper planning and thus re-works as not completing the work as required.

My work is most challenging, being as a QA/QC Manager, I have the full responsibility to handle the whole quality of the company starting from Incoming materials Inspection, IN process Inspection for ongoing and final Inspection for the completed system

Dislikes

Everything is very good but work pressure is very high and sometimes you will need to work continuously without any break. Chance of salary hike in very less after joining but initial salary is very handsome. Normally more preference is given to Korean to deal/communicate with Samsung HQ.
