A family company where marketing head doesn’t have any knowledge of marketing and the marketing people handling e-commerce & customers. No PF, No Health Insurance, No extra pay for extra hours, Constant job security issues

Sampada is a family. All employees work like a family member. I am lucky that i am a part of the Sampada.

Our reporting manager ie. design head's abusive behaviour. It's high time and she needs to rethink about her cranky behaviour. She has lack of empathy, expects employees to work like a mad man and loves calling her employees things like "useless and money minded" right after paycuts. So yaa, shocking behaviour but that's the way she is.

Work Details

Very unprofessional and start recruiting replacements before even informing the one who is getting fired/replaced. This happened recently to one of my colleague. They have also breached contacts of few employees, when questioned threatened them as well.

Worst experience with this company. They don't know how to hire. In experienced and subject less people conducting interviews. Worst interview process to low level salaries.
