Projects are usually shelved by the government post the end of tenure - Lack of empathy or any kind of employee centricity - The yes sir culture, with no innovation, ideas or a hunger to create impact

Dislikes

Very sexist culture. 3-4 women from my team were consecutively removed. They hire in bulk and fire. There are no proper women's washrooms in the govt offices they make you work at. They'll brand themselves as inclusive by mentioning a maternity , paternity and a marriage leave in the offer letter and the moment you try to claim these, they'll fire you.
