Salesforce is a dream company for many out there and it truly stands up to the expectations. Right from the company policies to how they treat employees, everything is good about the company. The perks and other eminities will create a comfort zone and give you a sense of belonging ness. I would highly recommended anyone to work here During COVID they paid 15,000 per employee and also covered the tax on it. . Besides this they have a wellness policy of 60,000/ Year . Vision and Dental Benefit - 15,000/ year . Health, life and Accidental insurance is one of the best in Industry and is borne by the company Education Reimbursement - 3,50,000/ year . Mental Well-being they have time ups with many Providers and you can avail them for free, . Children upto 6 years get free admission in Klay play school . Child Support from Cleo . Free online Doctor Consultation . IVF Payouts for parents struggling with not having Kids . They have it all. The Hiring HR and that they are not put a check on. My hiring HR was a idiotic lady named Snigdha Kastoori, she came from IT services company and truly doesn't stand to Salesforce values. She arm twists people and makes fake promises to make them agree. She hired me a very low grade and asked me to take 25% paycut. Saying i didn't reach the mark. All of it wasn't true, she played me and she repeated the same with 4-5 folks in my team and everyone is very unhappy with her. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> Guess what, almost everyone she hired has left Salesforce in an year or two, hiring experienced people at low salaries and grades is not what Salesforce does</mark>. Very recently, she hired a 7+ years experienced resource at Associate level saying she will promote him in 6 months, how pathetic, people like her should be schooled on Salesforce Value l, Ethics and Inclusive Hiring Policies The other HRs are different and have given decent Hiques. As this HR took me at a lower grade, I couldn't move ahead Faster and if I have to be in a grade i should have been, it would take me 3-4 years again. I had no other option than to leave Salesforce.
