No job security. After working for 6 months suddenly without any reason I was demobbed from site when i was at home. And my belongings was left behind at my working site

There was no recognition or appreciation for true, hard and smart work . Only people who knows or being close to the higher ups are favoured.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
